(1) New business/client hours are now in effect!! I now take clients Wed-Fri 8a-7p, and every other Saturday 8a-5p. Saturdays are currently *completely full*, but I do have a waiting list for the occasional cancelation. If you haven’t scheduled through the end of the year, please let me know so we can do so! If you book your own, I have opened up 16 weeks out.

(2) New communication hours are also in effect. With my new client hours, I figured I’d make myself available via text/email/FB messenger a little longer. I will now answer business messages Mon-Sat 7a-7p, but no major holidays.

(3) There are *very few* spots left between now & the end of the year. If you want to scheduled something, or add to your existing appointment (nail art, upgrade from mani to gel polish, therapies listed in the next sentence, etc), please message me ASAP to do so. I offer add-on services such as callus therapy, warm neck wrap, paraffin, massage, masque, and so much more (see website or ask for details). I’d love to add on some extra love, but I do need them to be scheduled ahead.

(4) With my new schedule comes an updated plan for my social media posts. One of the things I want to add once per month is quick vid of your nails, to post (along with a few other people’s) with your career. I will require a few extra minutes (and probably a reminder!!!) to take these images, along with the regular pics I usually take. If you could help me remember, that would be awesome!

(5) If you don’t already have (a) pedicure(s) scheduled, and you’d like to, please message me. As much as I love doing them, due to my back issues, I’m trying to limit them to no more than 3 per day.

(6) If you have toe separators, please remember to bring them with you for your pedi appointments (keep in your purse, glove compartment, etc). I am no longer allowed to keep them in studio!

(7) I’m starting to put my holiday retail together (see album here). Like last year, I will be offering individual items, mini care kits, manicure kits, pedicure kits, and removal kits… in handmade fabric holiday bags!! You can even mix & match items to customize a gift for someone! Don’t forget those gift certificates, too. You can get a paper one in studio, pay via Square & I can mail them for you, or I have e-certificates here. They are available in any dollar amount, and never expire!!

(8) CHANGES TO MY SICK CANCEL POLICY — If you are sick, please message me ASAP!! I still allow same day cancelations with no penalty (with notice as soon as possible!!), HOWEVER, I can no longer allow them to be unlimited. You can now only cancel one missed appointment per quarter at no charge. Related, if you have a standing appointment, and cancel more than 3 appointments in a row, I can no longer keep you as a standing.

(9) I post regular updates (available appointments, schedule/price changes, things you should know, etc) to my FB, IG, and TT Pages (links below). You don’t have to have an account to see these things!! Please check those before messaging me (and feel free to FOLLOW me), as the answer to your question may be readily available.

(10) And, last but definitely not least, everyone welcome my new grandchild! She’s beautiful, you gxys… just like her mama. If you’re a client, I will definitely be sharing photos at your next appointment!!
