(1) New business/client hours are now in effect!! I now take clients Wed-Fri 8a-7p, and every other Saturday 8a-5p. Saturdays are currently *completely full*, but I do have a waiting list for the occasional cancelation. If you haven’t scheduled through the end of the year, please let me know so we can do so! If you book your own, I have opened up 16 weeks out.
(2) New communication hours are also in effect. With my new client hours, I figured I’d make myself available via text/email/FB messenger a little longer. I will now answer business messages Mon-Sat 7a-7p, but no major holidays.
(3) The last week of October has been blocked out for family/personal reasons. If you are a current client, you are aware of what these are. I am not scheduling anyone else that week, and may cancel/reschedule anyone already scheduled with little/no notice, if needed. 😀
(4) With my new schedule comes an updated plan for my social media posts. One of the things I want to add once per month is quick vid of your nails, to post (along with a few other people’s) with your career. I will require a few extra minutes (and probably a reminder!!!) to take these images, along with the regular pics I usually take. If you could help me remember, that would be awesome!
(5) If you don’t already have (a) pedicure(s) scheduled, and you’d like to, please message me. As much as I love doing them, due to my back issues, I’m trying to limit them to no more than 3 per day.
(6) If you get pedicures from me, and I haven’t given them to you yet, I will be giving you your toe separators to keep. Please try to remember to bring them back for any future appointments (keep in your purse, glove compartment, etc). I am no longer allowed to keep them in studio!
(7)Â As the cooler weather sets in, please remember those add-ons! Callus therapy, warm neck wrap, paraffin, massage, masque, and so much more (see website or ask for details). I’d love to add on some extra love, but I do need them to be scheduled ahead.
(8) CHANGES TO MY SICK CANCEL POLICY — If you are sick, please message me ASAP!! I still allow same day cancelations with no penalty (with notice as soon as possible!!), HOWEVER, I can no longer allow them to be unlimited. You can now only cancel one missed appointment per quarter at no charge.
(9) Related, if you have a standing appointment, and cancel more than 3 appointments in a row, I can no longer keep you as a standing.
