I sent out an August one, but apparently HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF (plus, add a few things), so here’s September’s:
(1) Another reminder to USE A NAIL BRUSH when washing your hands {there are still a few of you who don’t…}. Yes, I CAN TELL WHEN YOU DON’T!
(2) Also a reminder to type *confirm* (no stars) when you get your text reminder, I NEED to see that checkmark on the books. That system does NOT accept anything other than CONFIRM (you can’t cancel, or send art, or whatever; those need to be sent to me directly).
(3) Everyone (even if you’re my first client of the day, or one of my kids) needs to text me when you pull into the parking lot, and wait in your vehicle or the bistro chairs til I say “Ok” or “Ready” or something. It makes me uncomfortable when you stand outside the door. Also, my coworkers will let you in, but have no idea if I’m ready, so please don’t put them in that awkward position.
(4) And, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you’re sending me your nail art ideas at least two days prior to your appointment, especially if it’s detailed, stamping, etc. Anything less than that adds to my anxiety. For those of you that like to warn me with just a color idea, one day is fine.
(5) If you don’t already have (a) pedicure(s) scheduled, and you’d like to, please message me to do so. As much as I love doing them, due to my back issues, I’m trying to limit them to no more than 3 per day.
(6) Remember those add-ons! Callus therapy, paraffin, massage, masque, and so much more (see website or ask for details). I’d love to add on some extra love, but I do need them to be scheduled ahead.
(7) I post regular updates (available appointments, schedule/price changes, things you should know, etc) to my FB, IG, and TT Pages (links below). Please check those before messaging me (and feel free to FOLLOW me), as the answer to your question may be readily available.
(8) New schedule starts October 1st! Wed/Thurs/Fri 8a-7p, & every other Sat 8a-5p. If you don’t have a standing appointment, and would like one, please contact me asap. Saturdays ARE COMPLETELY BOOKED!! I am booking through the end of the year, if you don’t already have a standing.
(9) If you get pedicures from me, I will be giving you your toe separators to keep. Please try to remember to bring them back for any future appointments (keep in your purse, glove compartment, etc). I am no longer allowed to keep them in studio!
(10) If you schedule your own appointments, I have opened out to 16 weeks. Feel free to fill in where you’d like, and text me if you have questions!
