Besides my normal reminder to USE YOUR CUTICLE OIL!!!!, today I’m also going to put out there to check out a company’s website and/or social media sites *before* contacting them. I know some don’t keep their Pages up, but most do… *I* do. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve gotten messages (from random people or potential clients) asking questions that are clearly laid out on my pages. Here’s a few:
(1) I no longer offer ANY ACRYLIC SERVICES!
(2) I AM CLOSED SUNDAYS & MONDAYS!
(3) I will only answer business messages Mon-Sat, 8a-6p; no holidays.
(4) I no longer offer DIP SERVICES!
(5) I AM ONE PERSON; I CANNOT DO MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S SERVICES AT A TIME.
(6) I DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS OR SAME DAY CLIENTS.
(7) All services, descriptions, and pricing are updated on FB and my website as needed.
(8) Tips are *included* in all pricing.

(9) I no longer offer French, and I cannot do horizontal ombre nor detailed hand painting.

 

And, some reminders for all clients (current & potential):
(10) Yes, I still require *proper* masks, AT ALL TIMES (with the exception of my kids and my pod).
(11) ALL CLIENTS receiving hand/nail services MUST wash their hands, using soap & water (not just water), and a NAIL BRUSH!!! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had to clean out under someone’s nails stuff that could have easily been gotten with the nail brush.
(12) For those unaware, paraffin can be added on to any nail or foot service for $15. Just message me ahead to make sure I have the time to add it on for you! Paraffin is great for circulation, discomfort from arthritis, hydration (especially in cold winter months), and more!
(13) If you have nail art scheduled (or don’t, but want it), please MESSAGE ME ideas/photos **at least the day before, preferably two days prior** to your appointment. I no longer have the time to allow you to peruse my supplies (nor the time to do the extra cleaning required once you touch all those supplies).
(14) Please use the coat rack on the wall to hang your purse, jacket, etc… Not my pedicure chair or the floor.
(15) Please make sure your phone is on silent, and out of reach (except for *preapproved urgent/emergencies*). If you need to charge it, I do have a USB charging unit (bring your own cord) and a desktop unit to set it in, as well.
